There are currently 3737 listings in Delaware County. 1072 houses pending and 622 sold in March and April. Clearly the spring market has generated interest along with the Tax Credit incentive. There are only 6 more days to get under contract so that you can qualify for the $8000 credit. There's lots of inventory and interest rates are still low. Take advantage while you can. It looks like this incentive is going away and we don't see it coming back any time so if at all.
