Yahoo Real Estate is one of the bigger search engines that cover multiple cities in the U.S. Although they have the brand name, they do not have the most complete listings as they feature homes that are sold by major brokerages. The user navigation is pretty standard.

2. Trulia.com - San Diego homes for sale

Trulia claims to have about 70% of homes for sale in a typical metropolitan area. Their user interface is more intuitive and easier to use. It also allows you to refine your searches more than Yahoo Real Estate. However, if you are looking for a comprehensive MLS listings in this area, consider using other MLS search engines.

3. Zillow.com - homes for sale San Diego

Zillow has a wide range of choices when it comes to narrowing down the search criteria. If you are looking for homes in general for Dan Diego then don't enter any specific criteria. Once you see something you like then simply click on the pic and you will receive specific detailed information for that property.

Redfin.com - MLS listings for San Diego - Redfin is very map-driven. The user interface is quite simple but because it's very graphic intensive, it may take your browser a long time to load all the data. Refin gives you more information about the property than what Yahoo or Trulia may provide. They also cover majority of homes that are on sale in San Diego.
