What a great day in Timonium, MD! The sun is shining today, but yesterday was a somber day for me. A funeral of a young man usually does that to you. I realized yesterday that life is to short to be negative about life or work. Be postiive & it will pay of for anyone who portrays that. The point of this just struck a cord once again; so try to be a positive person everyday.

Pay attention to foreclosures

If any Realtor is involved in foreclosure make sure you get all the details. Also, make sure you are in touch with lenders, title companies throughout the whole process. I just assisted an agent throught this process to get a deal closed & if I did not it might not have ever settled. Please do your due diligence & the process should go much smoother. Let me know if there might be any other ideas when it comes to foreclosures that might help my office & agents.
