Spring Valley Homes for Sale

Spring Valley is an unincorporated community in San Diego County. Spring Valley’s population at the 2000 census was 59,394. Spring Valley is named after the Natural Spring located there. It was for a long time the home to the Kumeyaay tribe who actually called the community Meti or Neti. Many famous football players lived in this community. It has all of amenities for perfect living. During the 2nd quarter of 2010 homes could be purchased here for approx. $259,533.
